Any news on the F02 update for the maestro module?

I recently installed the DDX 271 with Maestro and my only complaint is the difference between call volume and the voice volume of the Sync. I have to turn the call volume up to the maximum level on the HU to hear the call; but then the Sync voice will blow your ears out...is there a gain setting I can adjust somewhere in the Maestro programming to help with this issue? The regular voice commands when I hit the "voice" button on the steering wheel controls are fine also...it's the just "phone connected/disconnected" sync voice that's super loud because it's coming in with the same volume level that I have the call volume turned up to.

Default Sync 4" screen

We are trying to work around the limitations of the system to enhance it as best we can.

As for dash kits, I don't know what the other kit makers are planning. We are working on our own dash kit, but it will be at least 4 months until we can talk about it seriously.

Cheers,

Are the fixes you are talking about going to include the 4" factory screen?
I am using the Metra bezel with maestro and F02 cabling harness , DNN991HD, 2013 F-150 factory Sync (not touch screen) but some things are still not working correctly one being able to set the clock.
I'll gladly beta test and test cabling mods if you have any suggestions.
Unfortunately the Metra bezel is about the best out there currently and that is not saying much.

You can set the clock with the Metra dash kit. There are 4 buttons in upper right used to navigate the menus in the 4.2 inch screen. Their guides or support should be able to help you. Can you be more specific about what is and isn't working? Our FO2 solution cannot put text on the 4.2 inch screen, unless you are using Sync media or phone. In all other cases it will show Aux input.

Best,

The buttons are there and you can navigate to the part where you set the clock but you can not set it, nothing happens when you attempt to adjust the time or the date.
I had to reconnect the factory bezel to adjust it.
The Aux input was what I was talking about.
The HVAC controls are horrible on the Metra bezel.
My eyes aren't what they used to be and I can hardly read the display without endangering my driving.
I wish you guys would hurry up with the new Bezel, I like the factory look!

I posted this in a different thread, does anyone have any experience with this?

I just ran across an other problem with the Metra bezel.
When I use my "remote start" to start the Truck it used to turn on the Heat/defrost full blast. Now with the Metra bezel the truck starts but no heat/defrost.
I reattached the factory bezel and the heat/defrost comes on as it used to.

Any one else experience this?
