Looks good. How are you going to keep people from kicking them? I down fired my dual 12” shallow subs and did the same thing with clipping the stock sub line and using a line out converter to get the sound. I still put speaker grills on to keep the subs from making contact with the carpet. You may want to toss on some covers. I can see a foot going into it.

You are correct. 8 am making 2 custom grills next week at work. I will ahare the pics when I am done and have them installed.

Killer! I just may duplicate this set up, exactly what I'm looking for and love nice tight bass.

Do you think you can post a picture of the wiring you did using the subwoofer connector? I'm looking for options to replace my sub and I would like to see how you wired it up. Thanks!

i will post a pic as soon as possible but all I did was simply snip the existing plug that plugs into the sub and ran a 2 speaker wires from the 4 existing factory wires to my LC2i crossover.

This is the wiring harness that comes out of the floor that plugs into the ****ty factory sub. I snipped it off.

Also added thiscutom made speaker grill I made today at work out of 1/4" tubing

sorry I was going to take a pic of the wiring today for you from the old factory sub wiring harness but forgot I had already put shrink wrap around it.
