As long as my tweeters in the A pillars on my 2013 are being split off the doors with a bass blocker I can install a 4 channel amplifier putting out about 75-90w RMS for about $200. There's also a cheap option at $130 (https://www.crutchfield.com/p_777M75....html?tp=35782)

300-500w amplifier for a subwoofer for $130.

$100 for so for the rear speakers since they don't need to be component. Probably even less based on the options I've seen.

Toughest part for me is figuring out the front speakers... Do I need to replace the tweeters? will those be fine? if so, how do I wire them in... can I buy a normal set of 2-4 way speakers still? If I can do that, I'm well under $100 for front doors and rear doors.

That puts me in the neighborhood of about $700 unless I can find some nice deals on these things, which I'm not afraid to wait on. I'll also be checking out ebay and craigslist for deals. With $700 spent on that stuff, it gives me a little to play with on a sub... whether I can replace the current sub and reuse that enclosure or go with a new low profile sub remains to be seen.

Mind you this also doesn't include odds and ends stuff that I know I'll need to buy. I'll probably pick up some cheapie dynamatting to help out a bit, need to grab some wiring, etc. I'm hoping to stay in the $750 neighborhood for components.
Replace the tweeters - the stock ones are not good and unless you're going active (which it doesn't appear you are) you'll want a crossover suited for your tweet/mid combo. Lowest end front separates ive seen people happy with here are the Polks - and they'll be well over what you have budgeted
