Default LED lights causing radio interference

I put rigid duallys on my truck - used a relay, power for the switch in the cab is from the lighter plug. When I turn them on they interfere with radio reception - is this a ground problem, or do I need to add a noise filter? If so, any suggestions on the right part?

2012 XLT supercab with the standard stereo system (non satellite radio)

thanks for any suggestions

Here is an article I found. Also the amount of interference depends on the quality of the LEDs used.

thanks - would seem like rigids would be good quality ... I think I'll move the ground to a different bolt and see if that works
