Default 2011 f150 sub box

So now that I got my new headhnit in. I need to add some bass, I want to do 2 10s with a amp rack, there's a guy on eBay (Rodney's custom enclosures) that sells some boxes ive been looking at. I just can't decide what box and brand subs I want to go with, been looking at the kicker comp s line

Rodney builds good boxes. Which sub you use is up to your budget but Kicker s are good

The issue im not sure what brands are good, but so far I've only found some kicker and jl subs that'll fit the box. Not sure what other brands that are decently priced and are good quailty that will also fit the box to look at

Look at Sundown Audio SD3 10, theyre 500w shallow mount 10s. Cost is 199.99, you can get dvc 2 ohm or dvc 4ohm models!

I thought I looked at them before and they are a little pricey and I didn't think they would fit in the box I'm looking at

Well the subdowns do like good, unfortunately they won't fit in the box Rodney has to offer.... so back to square one look for other subs ( don't want to go with kicker) or find someone else who makes a dual 10 with amp rack

I have a box from Rodney and I wasn't overly thrilled with it. I don't think they did a great job of wrapping it but the biggest problem I have is one of my holes was oblong I can't secure the sub that well. I get a slight vibration out of it. I currently have 2 jl 10w3 and am seriously considering scrapping them raising the seat and adding sundowns sd3 but that's a whole nother ballgame cost wise.

yeah I really wanted to do sd3s but I figure in the end it's gonna be around 8-1000$ to do it and figure instead I'm gonna put that money in to the racetruck savings account (building a 6.blow powerstroke) maybe some time in the future I'll do subs In the f150 though I just don't know yet

won't find another shallow mount woofer on the level of an SD3. Sealed they do good, ported they really shine as an entry level sound quality woofer. Underhung XBL^2 motor design gives a nearly flat linear response curve.

1 SD3 12 ported on a SAE-600D is what I would do....

Is there any prefab box that fits 1 or 2 10 inch sd3's anybody has used? I'm in the same boat but was also considering just doing a supercrewsound dual ten box with image dynamics id10s
