i have a 2009 King ranch with the factory Sony amp system, no screen, no nav, I hooked up my new double din stereo and everything works expect the sound. I don’t know where the amp is located or what harness I need for it to work, someone help. Thanks

Hopefully you didn't cut your OEM harness out. You need that.

You need the PAC Audio AP4-FD11. Works with 07-14 F150's with the Sony sound system.

Haven’t cut anything yet, but wow 250$ for a harness? Is there any cheaper way of doing this? I was thinking running wires from the door speakers to the stereo do you think this would work?

Your amp has no output and neither do the speakers because the oem amp became disconnected it when you switched the headunit.

Unfortunately, this system is what you have to have to interface with the oem system. Unless you want to go back to the stock head unit. This will provide a flat signal for your dsp and amp. The oem Sony system has bass rollover and crossover points built in so if you get your signal directly from the speakers, you will be taking both of those things with you. With the pac, you can send rca straight to your amp.

I can't find any other modules that work with that year and factory amplified systems.

Actually, I found something. This will work for your truck and is significantly cheaper!

iDatalink Connec HRN-RR-FO1 Factory Integration Adapter

iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR Interface Module

You will need both of these. The harness and the integration module.
