I got 1/0 welding cable through the nipple on the top left hand side of the fire wall. Cut the nipple, tape your wire to a ziptie really good. I used a small amount of sil-glyde on the end of the wire and pulled from the engine bay side after sticking my zip tie through the hole in the grommet. It just stretched and the sil-glyde is what allows the rubber on rubber to slide. I didn't think it was possible and I've been into audio for 15 years.
