Water leaking into truck

Water leaking into truck
Notice a musty smell coming from the truck and started looking around the rear floor board is wet. I知 thinking maybe 3rd brake light seal is leaking or the drain channels are clogged. Does anyone know where the drain channels run so I can check them. I知 trying to just get an idea of what to look for before I pull carpet and plastics off

Yeah well everyone blames the 3rd brake light but mine the leak was the rear window butyl seal between the cab and window frame .
Found it by leaving the fan on high close doors and mix up some dish soap and water in a spray bottle and went on a mission searching for bubbles.
Took like 5 mins.
