6.0s are great motors,but they are not great motors from the factory. They have to be bullet proofed before they're reliable.

I agree with it being bullet proof and running forever. But me paying $62,000 for it and putting another $12,000 no way. My dad has one and it has been great since he had it fixed. But I do agree they can be made bullet proof.

Bullet proof is about $3k if you do it yourself,$5-$6k for a shop. But I agree,they shouldn't need it. Emissions is to blame

Software developer for an automotive assembler and sequencer, living in Auburn Hills MI, sort-of-home to Chrysler (technically they moved headquarters to the Netherlands after the Fiat merger).
