Job wise, it's awesome but I prefer working in our trauma ICU. Not to mention you don't get paid as much as you'd think for flying.

I work for State Farm Bank dealing with vehicle loans and am a mechanic as well. I live in phoenix AZ.

Yeah, a lot of people have misconceptions in that area. I didn't take the job because I prefer the airline lifestyle. It's definitely not for everyone, though. As a nurse, I'd bet that the trauma center would be a bit more exciting.
