Tuner help "supercharged"

I am looking to get a tuner for my '07 5.4 F-150 with a Megna Supercharger. Anyone have any suggestions? I am new to handheld tuners and just need some help getting pointed in the right direction.

I would go with a custom tune, you will not be doing yourself any favors because the preloaded tunes do not account for a supercharger.
