1st time registering to a forum...


I have a 1988 4.9 6cyl 2WD F150 passed down from my grandfather, looking to put some mud tires on her.


Currently running 235/75/15s I was at a friends house who had some 265/75/17s and they looked freakin sweet! I loved the width of them and the grip; with my truck being 2WD would it hurt it in anyway to put 265 Mud Tires on there?


Also would I get the same width on 15s as I would on the 17s going with 265, if I have to get 17inch wheels, I will.
