Default Proud F150 owner and new member
Hey!
Bought a 2008 F150 XL at the end of last month. Had 78k miles and about the only options were cruise control and cd/mp3 player. It's silver (ugh!) and stock wheels (double ugh!) However, I've started doing some bolt ons and my wife is really concerned about my new habit (read: money pit).

Just a little about me...Owned 2 Ford Rangers prior to this truck and before that would have never considered myself a Ford man as I had a '75 GMC and '72 Camaro (miss it!!). I also have a '11 Fusion for the family ride. I'm a RN and live just outside of Little Rock, AR. Looking forward to making some new friends and like minded F150 owners.

nice, I always welcome standard cabs, I love mine, even though mine is polar opposite from yours being the highest optioned standard reg cab of the 04-08 trucks

my 05 FX4 5.4L (picture from when I first bought it, it has a few things done to it now)
