Oklahoma
I have owned many F150, and F250 ford trucks in my life.
From a 1973 F150 to my 1994 F150 4x4 I currently still own and drive my 1994 with 245,000 miles. 1994 F-150 4x4 XLT Off Road 3" Custom Body Lift (1999) 4" Rancho Suspension Lift (2007) Tires - 35" x 12.50" x 15" Rim 302 5.0 liter Engine The only things replaced since it was built in 1994 - Oil Pan gasket - Idler Pulley - Water Pump - Surp Belt - Transmission @ 220,000 miles (I was pulling a Bobcat for a while) - Battery, my last battery was 11yrs old, Sears Diehard Silver - miracle - Starter Motor (2010 a couple months ago) I have done all matinence, and repairs myself as with all my vehicles http://williamwendland.com/images/f150.jpg However recently it dies when I stop 90% of the time. it started out doing once in a while, now almost everytime I stop. it idles high 2500 RPM then idles to 0 RPM it started a couple months ago. I believe it to be an O2 sensor.. But they say there are 2, I only see the one below the exaust manifold passenger side on the pipe. which is what brought me to the forums. I am a computer builder, Web Designer, Webmaster, Blogger, etc.. http://williamwendland.com |

Thanks bobkyle2, I will check that out, and post the results.
I appreciate the Welcome. Thanks "bobkyle2" I would have done this sooner, but it has been cold, and I've been really busy. If I knew how easy this was I would have done it sooner. Hope this info helps. |
Update:
Here's my truck now. I was rear ended at 70MPH by a ford ranger back in april . I Only recieved $2200.00 for entire truck which is about what the lift cost me. However I kept the truck and bought a 1996 F-150 with a 300 Strait 6. My plan is to build a nice 4x4 from both trucks. After Wreck http://williamwendland.com/wp-conten...-tires-002.jpg 96 F-150 XL 2wd 300 strait 6 4.9L http://williamwendland.com/wp-conten...86a41e1933.jpg |
welcome to the forum! nice truck!
