Noob!

Just bought a 2007 F150,79913 miles, has a Rough Country Extreme 6" lift with XD 18" rims, and 35x12.50's. Aftermarket exaust- don't know the make "yet". Anyway, if anyone has any input that I should know or be on the look out for, let me know! I'll add some pics later on.
