They also said they are unable to track orders and have no way of telling when I would ever see it. I tried calling the Ford line and sounded annoyed I was even calling. After I requested to be transferred to the next level it just got worse and they wouldn't help me. At any rate my dealer gets a lot of credit for moving heaven and earth for making it right. Hopefully, I will see this one in 6 - 8 weeks.
This is the EXACT same story I had with my order. I posted a few times here on the forum complaining about it. The CS reps kept telling me there is nothing they could do about it because it was a shipping issue. I asked for some compensation & that request fell on deaf ears. My suggestion would be to hang on to your current order, because placing a new order from the KC plant may get you the same song & dance about rail cars & storms. Springtime is tornado season in the KC area & your truck might end up in Oz.

Just got the track out of KC up again after a flood washed it out.

Anyway, welcome. Use to live in Lenoir NC myself.

Normally I would stay and wait. However, to the dealers embarrassment they had forgot to order the HID Headlights. I also figured the extra rebate money about $1600 and the extra "Hold back" money they gave me allowed me to order more goodies like Navigation, Moon roof, Sony HD Stereo and covered the HID's. This time I also sat down and ran the order configuration myself to make sure everything was added.

Extra goodies & a bigger rebate
Looks like placing a new order will cost you some more time, but in the end, it will be worth the wait. The ear to ear smile will be evidence of that.

Well it's finally here ! They just off loaded it ! I stopped by to inspect it and grab all the build paper work. I know, I just like to save everything from the build sheet to all the labels. I'm picking it up tomorrow afternoon. They need to clean it up and prep it.

I'm just imagining the look on your face as you were walking over to your "baby", & when you pulled the door handle & stuck your 2 eyeballs in there, then took in a big sniff of that new cockpit.

Congrats!
