Default New to the site, new to truck ownership

Hey everyone,
My name is Taylor and I just recently purchased a 1995 F150 Flareside 2WD 5.8L Automatic. So far I love the truck, naturally she has some rust spots and 220,000+ miles. I have always loved this body style and I'm proud to finally own one. I'm by no means a gear head, but I am mechanically inclined. To my knowledge it is bone stock. I am looking to make it look and sound pretty! If you could reply to the tread or message me some personal opinions on what would set this thing off!

Definitely want to lift/level, but not sure how much.
Some engine work for reliability assurance
Rear Diff gear swap of some sort
Exausts that make it sound good, but not obnoxious

Let me know what you all think! Thanks!
