New olde fart w used F-150
Hey howdy.
A couple of years ago I bought a used F-150 reg cab 8' with 52K miles on it.
Recently it occurred to me that it's by far the best truck I've ever owned, having owned everything from International 4X4 to a '56 Chevy Apache, and various foreign and domestic compact pickups.
I used to maintain a fleet of pickups, flatbeds, dumptrucks, etc. varying from International and Dodge, to Rangers, etc.
Today I really got to appreciating this 2013 half ton, and decided to see what people had to say about the 3.7 mill, etc. Wound up finding the gas mileage discussion here.
When I had a couple Rangers myself I was a member at The Ranger Station, but that was several years ago.
Anyhow that's my story. Just enthusiastic about this 150 I've put about 12,000 miles on since I bought it a couple years ago.

This f-150 is bone stock and will likely remain that way, though I could be talked into some floormats from you maybe.
I have a '68 Plymouth Belvedere for wrenching on and V-8 fun.
So far I had a Bak-flip cover put on that I like quite a bit. I also went up one tire size and had it aligned. The tires that came with were terrible and indicated alignment issues. The speedo is still accurate even so.
Someday I may get a light popup top camper of some sort. The teardrop got me off the ground after years of tents, but it's a bit claustrophobic and towing stuff is a disadvantage if you're speed restricted due to towing.
Tks for the welcomes guys.
