New member as of today, picked this 2017 XLT Roush up on December 18th after owning two previous Sierra's. Saw one of these online and fell in love with it. My son and I made the drive from Vermont to Tennessee to pick it up and so far couldn't be happier! Looking for some new tire size recommendations in the other forum if anyone knows what can be run on this set up, these tires suck in the snow! Thanks and I look forward to being a member here.

Phil, what's the road noise like on those new BFGs compared to stock? I had a set about 15 years ago and did not care for them. Run Michelins since and they are great, just don't have the look like the BFGs or the Nittos. Thanks.

Those are the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's that come on the Roush Off-Road trucks. Cool looking an great off road I am sure but just horrible in the snow so far up here in VT.

I had the K02's on my last two Sierra's and road noise is very minimal, excellent tire !

I have not noticed any...... but i put them on @ 123 miles so cant compare to the original Goodyears.
I had 2 sets on my old Super Duty, but they were the older style and seemed louder than these.

thanks for the input Phil. the one set I had came one the 98 B2500 ranger twin I drove in college. howled and wore like iron. they rubbed when you turned. come to find out when I finally replaced them they were oversized - too wide and tall, which attributed to the abnormal wear, so it was not all the tire's fault tbh. were still better than those pirellis that came on the 2013! hated those tires!
