What's up guys,

I am a new member from Houston. I have read a lot on this website over the last few years and decided it was finally time to join and contribute as much as I could. I look forward to expanding my knowlege on my 2005 F150 4x4 lariat. I bought her new in 2005, and she now has 100k miles on her.

Recently, my truck has been very good to me, I have driven her all across the state of Texas, however now she is having a little trans. shifting slippage (thumping) when down shifting into a passing gear, and between 40-50 mph. I wanted to join this forum to keep her running like new... now off to the boards...

Ford4x4Lariat2005

Here is my 2005 F150. I have enjoyed the original look, but now I am looking into modifications. Maybe an exhaust system, low profile tool box or Bed Tournau Cover (maybe a roll'n lock). LED lights in and out. and not too sure what else... any suggestions?

This is my primary vehicle, and I am 32 years old so it needs to be presentable when arriving to work / meetings.

And maybe wheels.
