Default New Member Here With First Ford 4x4

Hey ya'll, I'm new to the forums. I just bought my first F150 4x4 on Monday for a job I'm starting in two weeks! It's a 2011 regular cab with a 3.7 liter v6. My job will be working as an agricultural extension agent (if anyone knows what that is) and it's perfect for driving around the county and meeting farmers. I'm excited to be a part of the Ford family!

Nice little truck man! I've never been a fan of the regular cabs but within the last year or so, they've really grown on me.

Hows the overall performance of the 3.7 with 4x4? Not too many folks (that I know of) have that combo.

Congrats and welcome to the Forum. Looks like a perfect choice. Any plans for the new ride?

Thanks buddy! I've driven all kinds of Ford trucks in the past, and I actually find the 3.7 with 4x4 quite deceptive. It could be my configuration though with the regular cab (less overall vehicle weight). Did a little off roading yesterday on some old agriculture fields and it did better than I thought it would!

Thank you! Took it off roading yesterday to see the 4x4 in action. Was definitely impressed! I haven't really thought about anything I'd add yet to her. One thing I would love to get soon though would be a CB Radio
