New here - looking for info on buy
Hello all!
Im Roger, living in Mexico, Puerto Vallarta. Beaches, palms, sunsets, cervezas...
Im a Swede, ended up here because of a seņorita... Left the modern world and are now making my way amongst......sometimes crazy ****!!
Me and my gf are currently looking for a truck that will survive tropical storms, HORRIBLE roads/dirtroads, mountain and desert driving without giving up in the middle of highwaymen infested areas... (Its a joy living here when You look at it like that... But its totally real danger)
Later today Im going to have a look at a F150 4x4 extended cab 4door. Not sure yet what year but it looks like it could be a late ninetees early -00
Its got a small bodylift and runs 33" all terrains.
V8, not sure yet what size.
Any special areas I need to pay extra attention to?
Im pretty sure its an import aswell since all "fancy" F150s in Mexico is called "Lobo". This one still have the F150 logos on the sides.
Any tip is greatly appreciated!!
If we decide to buy this(or another F150) truck, Ill buy the first forum member visiting Vallarta a Margarita!

Thanks all!
The truck I went looking at was okay, but the owner wasnt. He had no respect for the car, put his stuff on the hood, even the friggin dog. Paint had some dents and scratches. But the main thing was that if he treats the truck like that I feel like he might not care much about maintence in general. So I said a thankyou but no thankyou. Will keep on looking!
