I think I am going to start off small. Getting rid of the chrome grill, bumpers and tags and replace with black. I am hearing some pretty good things about magnaflows. I had flowmasters on my old truck and it was a little to overpowering in the cab. So I'm thinking magnaflow and dumping it before the rear axel. Then comes the tires, rims, and lift wooohoooo!!! Don't know what size yet, but hopefully yall can give me some good suggestions

Dumping the exhaust before the rear axle will increase the drone noise in the cab. Btw... Welcome to the site!

I just don't like the look of the pipes for some reason. Would it help if I dumped it after the rear axel. Or maybe any other suggestions?
