Total newbie here. Bought a 2010 fx4 f150 on 20's about a month ago. Leather interior with tow package and the 5.4 engine. Lots to learn, but first thing is putting some proper headlights in this thing! My other cars are euro with HID headlights and the halogen just won't cut it.
Doubt the mods mods will be too extensive. Maybe a small leveling/lift kit, all terrain tires and rims this spring and the headlights.
Thanks for your anticipated patience with all the questions after I wear out the search button 😉

Finally got the truck cleaned up and took some pics. I'm wondering how much I need to lift the front to get it truly level. From what I've found on the forums, 1.5" is the recommended minimum without issues? I definitely notice I'm looking at my tonneau cover in the rear view mirror .
Mods are some new wheels and tires as the ones on it now are the stock with winter rubber. I'm also looking at options for the headlights as I've become used to the HIDs in my other vehicles. Any suggestions on what wheel width/tire combo (was thinking BFG All Terrains in 20") and whether retrofit or OEM HID from a 2013 would be the best route for maximum light on the road. Lastly, if you look at the FX4 decals, have you seen ones like this before? I thought maybe the PO had something else on top of them and they peeled when removed, but I have seen a few other trucks around with similarly odd decals.

Finally cleaned up the truck and took some pics. Thinking of a 1.5" leveling kit on the front and need to decide on some summer wheels and tires (still have the stock wheels on with winter rubber). Has anyone seen the FX4 decals like are on the back of my truck? I thought it was the previous owner had something on top that peeled off, but I've seen a few others around with very similar decals.
