New to the forum and new to Ford!
I just placed an order for a new 2012 F150 Lariat SCREW Ecoboost. This will be my first Ford purchase. I have been a GM guy and have purchased many new GM cars and trucks over the years. I have owned a truck most of my life but for the last 3 or 4 years have been driving a car. I miss not having or driving a truck so I decided to get back into one. After doing some research I have decided to go with Ford as I believe Ford is building better trucks than GM right now. I look forward to learning as much as I can on this forum and can't wait to get the new truck. I just placed the order on 10/21/11 but hope to see the truck before the end of the year.

Welcome! I too like you have had a truck almost all my driving years. I have a 08 GMC Sierra 4X4, right now but am getting a new F150 XLT (see sig) next wk. I decided on a new Ford cause of the many new engine choices and features. I hope this Ford will be as good to me as my GMC has been.
