Well I have wanted a truck most of my adult life and now that I am 49, I was able to get one. A few weeks ago I picked up a 2012 Ford F150 Lariat Super Crew 3.5l V6 Ecoboost 4WD. I must say that even with the 36 gallon tank I am not seeing that big of a hit to the wallet at the pump. Hoping it is because of the V6. I was really skeptical because I had always associated trucks with V8's, but it has good acceleration. As far as I can tell it is all stock. Most of the mods that I would like to make are cosmetic (perhaps some decals for this Delaware wanna-be country boy), however, I have this Cobra 75 WXST CB Radio that I want to install and could use some guidance on the best way to install it given I don't have a center console (there is a seat there) and I want to get a firestik antenna, but not sure what kind to get and where to install it (hood or bed), but I have a Toneau cover on the back so space is limited.
