New to Ford
Sup all, DarkSkies checking in.
Recently bought a 2020 5.0 SuperCrew Lariat, and so far I'm extremely impressed. I've never owned a Ford, so coming from a 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel Laramie, I thought Ram was the "premium truck". Turns out, Ford does pretty much everything better.
So far, I've yanked off the front air dam, added running boards, threw on a set of infrared A-pillar lights (I drive under night vision whenever possible), replaced license plate lights on the rear bumper with LED's, Boost Auto tow mirrors, and leveled the truck. Bilstein 6112 coilovers up front, and Bilstein 5100's in back. 285/75R17 Toyo Open Country III's on Rough Country 87 Series wheels round out the build so far.
Plans for the future include upgrading the stereo system, undercarriage armor, additional exterior lighting, replacing headlight and tail light assemblies, and blacking out the badging to complete a full "blackout". Chrome doesn't belong on trucks. Fight me.
