HI All, a newbe to the forum. Have a 95 F-150 W/200,000 plus miles on it. Purchased it w/86,324 mi on it. The only thing that had to be done was a rebuilt trans., & it's still going good. No it's not, I'm starting to have problems with water leaks. I see a lot of experience on the forum & see this is the place to be. Hope I can contribute as well. thanks for letting me in.

Been a 150 owner since '99 - 4.6L XL single cab w/manual. Not too much into the forums, but I like the resources here. Need to ask about an '01 I'm looking at - crew cab XLT. Listing says it has a 4.6 w/142000 miles. My question is specific to the transmission. It's an automatic - I've heard those transmissions started giving problems around that mileage. Anyway, wanted to see what the experience of actual owners was.

my trans went out @ 105,882. Had it rebuilt, & haven't had a problem since.
