Default Clicking/Ticking in 2008 F150 - Help!

I own a 2008 F150 4.6L V8 that has developed a clicking/ticking noise that is coming from the right side of the motor. The truck has 130k on it. I just got it back from the dealership after getting all the spark plugs replaced, new belt, and a oil change. I replaced the PCV valve today myself. The noise does not get louder when it’s cold or hot or when I drive it or sitting idle. It does not affect the performance of the truck while driving. Any help would be appreciated!
