Default Never ending Problems

So I have a 95 f-150 300-6. I recently lifted it and my front end has had issues upon issues ever since. I’ve replaced the wheel bearings and after a month or two the drivers side seems to keep coming loose. It’s an everlasting popping sound that’s made upon any motion of my truck. It does it basically when weight is shifted. I’ve taken it to Les Schwab multiple times and had my tie rod ends replaced and my ball joints replaced twice.

I don’t know what to do about my wheel bearing constantly coming loose. Or if I should find an alternative axle that would work better for my pickup. I’m constantly in the mountains and need the versatility but it’s never in good enough condition to do that because of these issues. Don’t get me wrong I can still take it to cut firewood but I’d like to have some better confidence and not hear that dreadful popping sound.

I’ve heard that a series of broncos has a straight axle that will match my chassis but don’t know where to look or if that’s even a good option. Is twin i-beam the way to go for rolling around the hills? How should I go about this? Pretty lost on what I should do.

Welcome. It might have something to do with how & how high you lifted the truck since you say it is since you did the lift.

It’s was a 4 inch lift. I figured it wouldn’t have led to anything like this. I’m running 33’s instead of 29’s now too.
