My name is Mike and I am the eCommerce Manager at TruckProUSA.com. I'm thankful for the opportunity to hop in here and become a part of the community.
A little about me: I've been in the automotive aftermarket for over 20 years, now. I got my start with Jeeps (I've owned 9 of them) and Rockcrawling, back in the 90s (ooph, that sounds like a long time ago). Like many hobbies, this turned into several businesses. I ran a popular off-road site for 13 years, during which I was also an automotive journalist. Somewhere along the line, I opened up my own shop, where I sold parts online, over the counter, and did the installation work, as well.
In 2010, I was hired on by a traditional aftermarket truck accessory company and tasked with getting the company online. That's when TruckProUSA was born!
Unlike many online shops, we are actually a warehouse distributor for many of the brands that we carry. We aren't sitting in our basement in our jammies (though, that sounds nice) and we aren't just a room full of data nerds. I could step out of my office and roll a donut through an open doorway to our Alabama warehouse. We also have two other warehouses of our own in two other states. Because we are warehouse-direct on many of our lines, we can also ship directly from our manufacturers to our customers. We also partner with several other national warehouse distributors, so we can ship quickly, anywhere in the continental United States. Most of our orders ship out within 24-48 hours. Some lines, of course, may take 2-4 days, but those are not the norm.
Our website is home to 140 brands, as of this writing, but we have access to hundreds more. Oh, and don't let our name fool you! If we load a line, we load the whole line. So, if you need floor liners for your Focus, we'll have those, too! I've got a small team here, but we really care about our customers and would love the chance to earn your business.
