Just bought 96 F150 I6 5speed "SoCo"
Hi!
My name is Kyle and I just purchased my first F-150. I just picked it up from a guy selling it on FaceBook. I think I came out pretty good.
It's a 1996 F150 XLT I6 5speed with the "Southern Comfort" package (was done about an hour north of where I live).
It has 150k miles on it with no known major issues. A/C is ice cold and it drives great.
I'm planning on using it for occasionally towing either my Mazda Miata or Geo Metro, so nothing to heavy. I also plan on dailying it while gas is cheap.
I paid $2500 for it.
I've got a good bit of questions to ask, but i'll save them for the appropriate sections!
Looking forward to being around here for a while!

Welcome from Salmon, ID. I think you got a great deal. If the service intervals are unknown, I'd start by changing all the fluids in the truck. BTW get a cap on the A/C schrader valve under the hood. :-)

Can the guy that owned this text me I have questions about the truck I just bought this identical truck I would like to know what all was done to it before it was traded I just bought it yesterday from a friend I work with
