Default introducing myself
just bought an 86 sidestep, body is in rough shape but the engine runs alright. it idles super low and sometimes stalls out when i come to a stop or decelerate and turn to pull into a parking spot. looking forward to hearing from yall,

Sounds like a nice old truck .
What engine is in it? 2wd or 4wd ?

it has a 302 v8, 2wd i think.

You need a good old-fashion tune-up, and your Air Bypass Valve cleaned.....
