Hello,
Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Dan, I was born and raised in Iowa. I still live in the midwest. I'm married and 37 years old. I have had 1 pickup years ago which was a real piece of junk. Just bought my 2nd; an F150 sxt pick-up and I really am happy with it. I really don't know much about trucks but I am interested in learning about them and some of the cool mods you can do.
I am a big music fan (Rush, Alan Jackson, Steely Dan, Ernest Tubb, Genesis, and like about every kind of music). I play electric bass, guitar, ukulele, and some other instruments. I like reading, campy movies/horror/action/westerns etc. I am a cat fan and collect tattoo's, western boots, hats, books..
It's great to be here and hope to meet some nice people!

Where abouts in Iowa? I was born and raised in Fort Madison and just graduated from Iowa State in Ames, now living in Idaho. Welcome to the forums!

Council Bluffs, Ia. That's cool, Iowa state is an excellent school. I had some friends that went there back in 96' or so. This year is my 20th class reunion actually. Do you like Idaho? Never been, thanks for the warm welcome!

The mountains are nice and the winter with only 6 inches of snow total was amazing but I miss the green pastures and trees of Iowa!

That would be nice to have such a small amount of snow! I understand what you mean though. I've been to lots of big cities but I still like it here the most.
