New to F150Forum.com
New to the forums. Just got my first truck- 2009 F150 Crewcab XLT 4x4 Black. It has some modifications to it, but I'm still figuring out exactly what they are. Will be trying to get the specifics over the next while. I love how it looks, but I don't have the dough to replace the tires when it comes time(33in/12.50/20in Rims - priced out at $377 -Toyo Open Country M/T) and I'm hoping to get some better mileage out of something less aggressive. At the same time I don't want to completely loose the aggressive look.
I picked up some 18" stock rims for $300 from a 2011 FX4 and plan to use those when the time comes to change, and I think I've decided on 275/70R18 tires, but am not sure exactly which ones yet. From what I've seen this size tire should give it a nice look. I know it is levelled, but again, I don't know what sort of kit it has. Any input would be great, I've been doing quite a bit of research, but I'm new at this. I'll upload a picture, but it doesn't do the best job. The lighting isn't great. I'll take one in better lighting so it's easier to see. Excited about my new truck!
