Default I'm new around here

It's been awhile since I've joined a community that revolves around a vehicle of mine. I was driving around a sporty little 2001 Subaru RS 2.5 in college and with some of the work I did to that vehicle, I choose to join a forum dedicated to the car. It's been about 10 years since I've stopped driving that car. Had a 2014 F150 Lariat about a year ago. I took it in for some warranty work....and left with a 2017 Ford F150 Platinum. Last truck was great and this one is even better. Just great vehicles. Hoping to get my wife an Explorer or Expedition this year or next. Happy to be part of the community.

Welcome to the F-150 forum! Glad to have you join us.

Have any fun performance modifications planned for the truck?

I don't think I'm planning any performance modification on this truck. I like some of the visual changes people have done. One in particular was to overlay the platinum with a black and leave just platinum as the original color. I also wanted to get a different tonneau cover. I've been looking at the RetraxPro XR. I am a biker and my last truck had a hard tonneau from Leer that I put crossbars on so I could transport my bike there rather than a hitch mounted rack. I really liked that method, so the RetraxPro XR with the T-channel would be a really nice solution.
