Default I drank the Kool-Aid

The 3.5 EB W/10 speed Kool-Aid that is.

Newb's first post and new owner of a '17 F-150 XLT 3.5 EB W/ 10 speed as of yesterday.
Was looking for a tow rig for a 5.5K lbs wet ultralight TT. Looks like I hit the bullseye, love this truck!
We had to travel 115 mikes to Ocala to get it, all the local Ford dealers only had the 3.5 EB in Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum trims with very few 10 speeds. We made a great deal with Ford Lincoln of Ocala, almost $10K off the window sticker with no trade. We paid extra for the 6 year 60K miles Premium Care extended 1,000 component warranty that was highly recommended by EB owner friends.
A few questions: Does the info center on this lower trim level show tranny gear the truck is in? Mileage estimator displayed 24 MPG @ 75MPH on cruise @ 1,900 RPM. Is this even possible? My Trailblazer LT EXT LH6 5.3 only gets 20-21 MPG at the same speed with the AEM activated.

I found the gear indicator after a few minutes on the Tips and Tricks thread. As simple as pressing the "+" button on the shift lever.

Great resource!

Welcome to the forum and nice purchase!

The gears are indicated on the in dash screen right next to the RPM.

My window sticker said 17.3MPG city and 22.84MPG highway, so 24 might be achievable on perfect road conditions.
