Rainy Oregon Intro.
Alright guys, ive been surfing around here for a bit now, checking out some pictures, asking a couple questions about tires, and even made a purchase from another member here so i figure ill do a intro thread.
My name is Kyle, im a Army Vet, and currently letting uncle sam pay for me to go to school, and.... im a new owner of a White 2005 F150 4x4 Screw that i picked up in early December of 09' after trading in my 2004 Acura TL.
No where am I new to modifying vehicles, as the pictures below will show my "old man's car" was highly modified. I wont get into everything that was done to it, but you can see it wasnt your every day TL.
I know this is gonna kill some of you being a import, but this is what i was driving before the F150.
As you can see, it was low...way to low to be practical anymore. I had had it for 3 years, was a good car to me and got brought me alot of satisfaction.
Now on to the new "practical" Truck
Like I said, 05 Screw 4x4.
The day I got it i removed the pin striping, some chrome fender edge covers, and the 4x4 stickers. The truck came tinted so i dont have to worry about that. Ive added BFG Mud Terrain KM2, a shorty antenna, scangauge II, and a Cargo net. Soon to go on is a Daystar 2'' Level, Headlight Black Outs, and im gonna fab up a Molle webbing to hang off the back of the front seats to carry all the stuff i haul around for my dog.
On with some pics of the truck
And whats a truck without some dirt?

Thanks, got a few more things i need to do before it is "my own"
Yea I loved the final look of the TL, got me alot of respect at shows and what not since its something you never see. Everyone is about modding little integras and civics, not big body cars.
The funny part is, i spend just as much time trying to get the truck dirty as i did keeping the TL clean. lol.
Nah that SRT badge takes it out of the old man status lol

Welcome from a fellow Oregonian! The Acura was nice, seems like I might have seen it on craigslist a while back.
Speaking of which, I traded in my 2005 Dodge SRT-4 ACR Edition for my 03' Screw 4x4!
