I have used this forum extensively over the last couple years and figured I would love to join since I have found such great and useful information on here

Hook'em from Texas. We just bought a new 2017 Ford F-150 SuperCrew XL STX 2.7L EccoBoost. I have been looking online for reviews and in site on accessories, running boards, spray in bed liner, etc. and came across the forum via google.

 

Was researching the 2018 F-150 and poof there you were, so I signed up as I have been a long time Ford Truck owner, thought maybe I could contribute to the community as well as learn allot. Hello everyone.

 

Last year I decided I would go with Ford for my main vehicles and quickly found the F150Forum.

I'm a proud owner of a 1983 F150 Straight Six and I'm looking for my first Bronco of the same era.

I am having issues with my 05 F-150 xlt and checked with a friend who also has one, he mentioned the site.

 

New to this type of form so bear with me, my 05 xlt is dropping power to the dash, radio, a/c and windows only every once in a while, the a/c fan starts "pulsating" then the power to these components drops out, the truck runs but looses power on the mentioned components. I have been told 4 different things from bad key switch, security module, smart switch, by mechanics, current Ford tech's, former Ford tech's. Before I start tearing everything apart I would like some conciseness if that's possible, lol, Thanks for any info!
