Hi from the north shore (mass)

Hi all. I own a 2011 lariat s-cab 4wd , for the first 6 years I have kept it 100 % original as I was on the fence over trading it in. Since deciding to keep it I have been having the urge to tinker with it and stumbled on this site, and I am glad as I have gotten so many ideas I almost don’t know where to start but given the huge community here with tons of experience it should make some of my decisions much easier.

Thanks, and yes I am considering a tuner and an intake / exhaust combo but I desperately need tires and the factory rims are showing their age so it’s gonna have to wait for a bit. I might pick your brain a bit when I’m ready.
