New '00 F150 V8 CNG owner
Hey all,
I recently picked up a 2000 F150 with a Triton V8 and most importantly, CNG. Here in California, having CNG means I can ride in the carpool lane solo. Saves me a lot of time and stress.
All I've done so far is change the oil + filter, and put in a new air filter. Also tightened up the hex bolt under the dash to get the shift column able to go in to Park. Technically I'm supposed to install a new CNG tank this year, but that ain't happening.
I found this forum when I was googling about recharging the AC system. Still have questions about that one.
From what I've seen searching around and reading old posts, this forum seems like a great resource with a lot of knowledgeable members. I'm looking forward to learning more about working on my truck.
