Hello from Western NY
Hey all, I'm from Steuben County, Western NY. Tough to find/keep older trucks due to the road salt in the winter but I have a 1988 F150 4x4 with the 300ci and 5sp Maz Tranny. Bought it out of VA (have to go south to buy what isn't rusted out) and hoping to keep it ticking nice for the years to come. Thanks for any future help with projects and the wisdom already gleaded off your past threads.

Welcome to the forum!! I used to live there in Bath so I know what you're talking about! Now I live in Oregon and they don't use salt so virtually every decent truck is rust-free! You need to come on over to the 1987-1996 forum to get all the great advice for your truck! Good luck with your new project!
