Been lurkin' around this site for awhile, and thought I would introduce myself. Name is Dustin & I'm from San Antonio,TX and I'm a mechanic. I recently bought a 1993 F150 extended cab 4X4. It has a 5.0L with manual 5 spd. trans & manual locking hubs. I've only driven it a few times because of a clutch slave cylinder issue but it drives real strong. Me & a buddy will be pullin' the trans out real soon to install the clutch master / slave cylinder assy and possibly a clutch kit if needed. Where gettin our trucks ready for a trip along the coastline at Big Shell which can get pretty hairy at times going across Yarbrough Pass, so the 4WD will be put to the test. My intentions for the truck is a 6" suspension lift & 3" body lift, some gear changes, LED off-road lights, semi-gloss black wheels with a 37X10.50R15 all-terain tire... and a BestTop soft top camper.
