92 4x4 f150

i have a 92 f150 4x4,runs good gets terrible gas mileage,and it is gutless.its a 351 engine.any ideas why ,

Mileage? Maintenance history? Last tune-up ?

Welcome to the forum. Are you a long time owner? Has it always been weak on mileage? Air & Fuel filters and spark plugs come to my mind but I have never owned a 351.
Something else I just experienced myself was a 1 to 1 1/2 mpg drop in the cold weather I was in recently. By cold I am talking lower than 15 degrees F.
