Default Hello From Illinois.
Hey guys Names Josh Just got a 1999 Ford f-150 Ex-cab 5.4 Triton 4x4 Automatic with 163,000 Miles. Love it to death what are the little things I can do to gain some good horsepower but not overboard. and also a little better gas mileage. Thanks guys looking to be around for a while.

HP and possible MPG gain..

CAI (cold air intake) and Exhaust and top it off with a good tuner/programmer. EDGE/Gryphon!
