We bought our 1997 F150 about 8 years ago mainly to haul stuff around. As it happens it turned out to be a very powerful and beautiful truck. But, it seems to have a problem with a diode or fuse, in that when we really need it, it won't start. The wonderful folks at Kal-tire told us to pull out this diode or fuse (it was 6 months ago) to pull it out and re-seat it. For the life of us, we can't remember which and where to pull it out of LOL! And all of the images online do not seem to show the exact same diode/engine compartment fuse arrangement that we have.
