Hello from BC, Canada
Hey guys, been browsing your forums for months, before and after I bought my new truck (had never even driven a truck for longer than 35 seconds before I bought my truck)
She's a Race Red 2015 F150 XLT (with XTR package originally), 5.0 V8
Bought her back in November, and started modifying her starting in March, Started with Tonneau Cover, then repaint (rock truck, $8,000 damage to front of truck, so I took the opportunity to have the hood redone in a combo to match what I had envisioned), then fender flares, 6" BDS Coilover lift with fox shocks, 20" fuel wheels (I had pondered the 22" wheels, but the tire to wheel ratio wasn't right), with 325-65R20 BFG KO2 tires, then the putco LED grille and anzo headlights, and the putco smoked 3rd brake light (still awaiting the new black housing LED tail lights to come in)
So far...
People keep telling me I should have chosen the eco boost instead of the V8 (only the V8 works for the engine plan I have)
I started with visual stuff first, because, well I wanted unique, and wanted to get the most expensive stuff out of the way first
All build progress pics are posted in the members build thread
