I'm going to pull the trigger after XMAS on a new F150. I'm currently negotiating and visiting the truck this Thursday (its in another state). I searched all the Ford dealers within 200 miles and found only two trucks with the engine, color and options (XLT package -tow, 302A group) that want. Sorry can't reveal the details without a down-payment. Dealers however are motivated to unload these 2018's and December end of the month is a perfect time for dealing (sales are slow). I hope to get a real deal, then foolishly return the saving back to the dealer for some Ford/OEM installed options (they don't know that yet).

I currently own a rotted 2002 F250 with 150K miles. It's been a good truck but won't pass inspection (rust). I swore I would never buy another Ford product but I 'm hoping the aluminum body makes a difference.

I have one Q for the group: my F250 needs space equal to a aircraft runway to turn around. Please tell me the F150 has a better turning radius.

F150 is good, but not near as great as the wife's 2012 Jeep.
