I have some issues that I need some guidance on...thank you in advance!

I have a 2013 F150 5.0, 4WD, 4door, 5.6 foot bed.

I am nearing 90,00 miles-

1. What new spark plugs should I use?
2. Should I replace the coil packs, as the plugs are going to be replaced anyway...
3. Is there an external fuel filter on this truck?
4. The manual says 150,000 miles for Trans fluid change, I tow a travel trailer approx. 1500 miles a year. Should I go ahead and change that at 90,000 miles, as it will be in the garage anyway.
5. I want to change the awful stock headlights to LED-which one is the best one to get?
