Funny thing is, I didn't even set out to buy a truck in the first place.
I'd had my fill of white-knuckling through the sand at the beach in cars and crossover SUV's...even those with AWD. So I decided to get myself a Jeep. However, it only took a couple of test drives to realize that while a Jeep would be a perfect beach vehicle, it would absolutely suck out loud the other 95% of the time. Then I happened upon this beauty:
New to me 2020 XLT regular cab (sorry, kiddos, you've got your own cars now), 2.7L, 10spd, 57k miles. Wife says she hates it (too bouncy, too high, too red) with one breath...then asks if she can use it for her antiquing trips with the next. Uh huh...sure, babe, sure.
